Learn.net
Learn.net was founded in 1990 in Atlanta, GA by Kenneth F. Leddick and James H. Black, Jr., former Scientific-Atlanta executives who also co-founded Convergent Media Systems in 1980 (acquired by EDS in 1992). The company was founded to design, develop and service training and communication technologies to support large enterprises. Today, Learn.net's software and services are deployed at a number of excellent organizations educating and training their knowledge workers.

Johan Praats
President and Chief Operating Officer
Johan brings nearly 30 years of training industry and sales management experience to Learn.net. He oversees all operational and sales functions at Learn.net. His current focus is on driving new and innovative business in the area of internet-delivered live, interactive video for training applications.
Stephen D. Ricketts
Vice President, IDL Operations
Steve has over 25 years experience with the design and implementation of advanced software systems and since 1993 has been a pioneer in satellite-based interactive Distance Learning. He was the founder of Velocedge, Inc. and chief architect of the interactive satellite delivery system CADE (Communication and Distance Education) and its web-based, live delivery counterpart, eTutor, both of which were acquired by Learn.net in 2008.
Kenneth F. Leddick
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer
Kenneth Leddick has been Chairman of the Board of Learn.net since its founding. Prior to Learn.net, Mr. Leddick co-founded VideoStar Connections in 1980 and served as Director and President until 1989 when EDS acquired the company. He continued as President and Chief Executive Officer of VideoStar, which has since been renamed Convergent Media Systems until May 1990.
James H. Black, Jr.
Vice Chairman
Jim has been a Director of Learn.net since its founding. He also served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of AvData Systems, Inc. (a communications company) from 1990 to 1999, when it was acquired by ITC^Deltacom. He was then a Senior Vice President and served on the Board of ITC^Deltacom until 2001.

Larry Duckworth has more than 30 years of experience leading fast growth, customer- focused public, private, domestic and global technology and service companies. He has substantial education experience, including: Graduate Teaching Assistant, Virginia Tech Graduate School of Business; Adjunct Professor, University of Minnesota system; School Board Trustee; Professional Educator/Instructor, for the University of Southern California (USDOT funded) and Northeastern University (UMTA); management methods seminars leader and articles author.
Larry F. Williams
Member of the Board of Directors
Larry F. Williams has been a director of the Company since January 2001. Mr. Williams served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of ITC^Deltacom, an integrated telecommunications and technology solutions provider to business in the southern United States from July 2001 until his retirement in February 2005.
Rodney L. Milligan
Member of the Board of Directors
Rodney L. Milligan has been a director of Learn.net since its founding. He was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Air Quality Sciences, Inc., an indoor environmental testing and product certification company until it was acquired by Underwriters Laboratories in 2011.
